Work

Products I've built end to end

Each of these is a production application that I conceived, designed, engineered, deployed and still operate. The case studies cover the product decisions, the architecture and the engineering problems worth solving.

SaaS League Management Platform Production

The Pool League Manager

League-management web app covering the full season: a multi-step season builder, round-robin scheduling, scoring, standings and seeded playoffs. Beyond software

Creative technology

Projects outside my usual .NET stack, where I learned new categories of tools and built a repeatable process with them.

Creative Technology · AI Media Production Published

Neon Streak Animation Studio

25 original musical learning videos for children, produced with AI image generation, Kling AI animation and CapCut editing. I built a repeatable workflow that keeps generated characters and scenes consistent from shot to shot and episode to episode.

  • 25 original videos, written, produced, edited and published
  • Repeatable pipeline from concept and song to finished, published video
  • Recurring characters held consistent across AI-generated shots
  • Tools learned from scratch, outside my usual .NET stack

Earlier professional work

Before building my own products, I designed and built software for robotic logistics, regulated online gaming, entertainment e-commerce and payments companies. That work included enterprise APIs, payment and fraud integrations, kiosk and hardware integration, and CI/CD on Azure DevOps.
